Biography

Rishi R. Gupta, M.D. specializes in caring for those suffering from knee and hip pain at the Mid-Maryland Musculoskeletal Institute in Frederick, Maryland. Dr. Gupta seeks to understand each patient’s individual perspective in order to come to a mutual understanding for optimal care. When necessary, he uses minimally invasive surgical techniques that reduce pain, restore mobility, and promote a quick return to a normal, active lifestyle for patients suffering from osteoarthritis and other conditions. Dr. Gupta’s expertise includes direct anterior hip replacement. His specialty interests also include revision of painful or failed total joint replacements and complex hip and knee problems.
