Becker's Spine Review, "The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics partner with Everseat technology for mobile app: 4 things to know"
By Brandon Howard
The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics, specializing in orthopedic care for Virginia, D.C., and Maryland, have partnered with Everseat.
Everseat is a mobile platform designed to increase patients' access to care through an app for current and new patients to schedule appointments with the Centers' 250 physicians and providers.
Here are four things to know about the exclusive partnership:
1. The application will allow patients to see available appointments across all The Centers' 27 divisions.
2. The app is free and available to download for Apple and Android devices.
3. As healthcare is seeing a shift to consumerism and greater patient accessibility, 71 percent of Millennials would like their healthcare providers to use an app to book appointments, according to a Salesforce study as cited in a company press release.
4. Jeff Peres, co-founder and CEO of Everseat, said The Centers is a leader and role model in the field of orthopedics, and Everseat is delighted with the partnership.
"As an organization, our focus is always on providing the best possible patient experience," said Denny Tritinger, executive director of The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics. "Quality patient care starts with the very first interaction, and we're thrilled to be the first group of our size to offer this kind of convenience to our patients with the Everseat technology."
